Court of Arbitration

An arbitration court for disputes between member companies is being established within the WAMCA Global network. For pharmaceutical and health technology companies it is intended to offer a confidential, impartial route to resolving disputes over contracts, delivery, quality, payment and intellectual property, with sector specialists involved where a case needs them.

The court is not yet operating. Its intended scope and procedure are described once, for all nine associations, on the WAMCA Global website.
